Hello, I'm Pablo.

I made this space to share mindfulness meditations and ideas on consciousness. All of my content is free. The process of articulating my ideas and recording meditations is helping me with my own practice.

This does not mean that I have my life figured out. I still experience anxiety and obsessive behaviors. However, my mindfulness practice has significantly changed both how long those states last and my perception on them. I truly believe that by observing experience with no judgement you can more easily change the negative patterns that cause suffering in life.

Daily Training

These meditations will help you sustain stable attention during sessions. If you don't have much experience with meditation, I recommend you begin here. This is a mental exercise, so don't expect to be good or even enjoy it at first; it will take time, but I promise it is worth it :)

The State of Being

These meditations are targeted to help you experience the state of natural awareness.  A perfect state where there is no past, no future, and no self. Even thought it is the most fundamental part of consciousness, it is often hidden in plain sight.


Observe the perception of time.

Just Be  

Observe how intention and control are just feelings that arise in consciousness. Relax your body and surrender to a state of being.

Compare individual moments and notice the effect they have on conscious experience

Explore shifting attention between both sides of your body

Find your center of attention and explore your surrounding awareness

Mindfulness in Daily Life

These are suggestions on how to integrate the states you experience while meditating in your everyday life.
